You get matched with a writer and a manager, and you keep the same two people from that point on. You won’t repeat your research to someone new halfway through, and you won’t get passed between different people depending on who’s free that day.

From there, we work through it with you. That might mean building your structure first, drafting sections together, or working through revisions after feedback comes back. You stay involved throughout. This isn’t about handing something over and disappearing until it’s done.
